Here I go to post Riddle me #4
So what are you waiting for .. Start guessing and let us see who turns out with the correct answer.
Im the fourth person to get the baton and an very proud of it , so was my mother when I told her about the riddle and me giving the apt answer. Given below are the steps that needs to be followed by the fifth person who gets the baton.
And here is Manisha's Asthapadi (Sanskrit for 8 steps)
1. Find something stranger than strange and weirder than weird,
2. Post it on your blog within the next two weeks.
3. The quiz remains open for at least 1 day and at the most 2 days. I'll make it 2.
4. The person who guesses it correctly gets the torch and is the next host for Riddle Me This.
5. If the person who guesses correctly is the previous host, then that person will get to pick someone to pass the buck to from all those who made a guess.
And so on.
6. Please use the fabulous logo, designed by the real IFR owner: and link back to the host who passed the baton on to you. For me it is Anjali of Anna Para Brahma
7. Please do your best to keep this alive. Just think of how much fun it will be!

Its Kothavarangai Vathal
- Karthika
Hope i am rite...this is Cluster bean vathals r Kothavarangaai vathals..Kamalika tell me am i rite:)
I think it is seeniavarakai vathal or kothavarangai vathal..
are those dried and deep fried guar (cluster) beans?
Now these look like Kothavarakka Vathals :D. Dried, preserved cluster beans which can then be fried. Tastes yum with curd rice :).
This Riddle Me series is turning out to be a whole load of fun :). Keep it going :)
Kothavarakkai vathal
I bet these are the vattals of cluster beans or similar beans? :) and did you do it in oven or microwave?
Kothavarangai vathal (fried). I simply love this Kamalika!
thair molaga???
yup karthika is right - kothavarangai vathal!
I thought they were gavar, too. But what makes them red? Are they doused in red chilli powder while drying? Yum!
The context to 'real IFR owner' might be confusing to those who missed our April fool's prank - you might get confused that it links to Anita's blog with my post! :-D I'd recommend using the updated rules here.
its Fried Gorikkai (Kannada) Cluster beans soaked in curd with salt and dried. Similar to Thair Molaga
I would say Roochi is more correct. Fried Kothaavarakkai vethal.
gavar vathal isn't it? so who is the next host?
