Now that's a lot of memories, back to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Badam - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 cups powdered
Milk - half cup
Saffron strands - 4 to 5 dissolved in milk.
Method:
Soak the Badam in water for about 4 hours.
Remove the skin of Badam after they are soaked for 4 hours. It will look like the ones below.
In a blender add the badam and milk to make a coarse paste. Remove it to a thick bottomed pan . Add the powdered sugar, and saffron strands. Keep stirring this under low heat for atleast 10 to 15 mins.
