Now , receipe for instant Raw Mango Pickle
Ingredients:
Raw mango - 1 cup
Red Chillie Powder - 2 table spoons
Oil - to season
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the raw mango into small pieces, and add red chillie powder along with salt to it. Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds followed by generous heap of Asafoetida powder( This adds a very authentic aroma to the pickle, which is simply amazing) I can smell it as I type since I just love it so much. Pour this seasoned mixture onto the Raw mango mixture and mix well. Raw mango pickle ready.
