Ingredients:
Coconut - 1 cup scrapped
Green chillies - 3
Tamarind - a small piece
Salt to taste
For Tempering - Mustard Seeds , Urad dal, Curry leaves
Method:Add all the ingredients in a blender and run it for about 5 mins, till it forms a smooth paste. Add water carefully so that the chutney does not become watery. Remove to a bowl. In a small frying pan add a spoon of oil. When the oil is hot add the mustard seeds , followed by the Urad dal and the curry leaves. Pour them on the chutney and serve. Tasty Coconut Chutney for you
